These are pics of an 04 GTO that we removed the stock 241 cyl. heads and installed a set of Wegner motor sports cnc
ported 243 cyl heads. With a little more aggressive timing these heads sky rocketed the horsepower from 382 hp. to
435 hp and from 348 tq to 383 tq.
Here are some pictures of the Ford F 150 project

May 1st, 2010 was a busy day at West Bend Dyno Tuning, Club Cow held a Dyno day and the Optima
face-off ran thru our facility as a check point and lunch stop. To calculate the actual horsepower that drove
thru our place would be amazing.
2010 Camaro SS 6 spd: We gave the exhaust and drive train a face lift on this 2010 Camaro SS.
We installed a complete SLP long tube header and exhaust kit with high flow cats. Add a cold air
intake and a custom tune and this orange ground pounder gained just short of 50 h.p. to the tire
and put it to the ground slamming the gears with the new Hurst short throw shifter and Richmond 4.10 gears.
2010 Camaro SS 6 spd: This car is our Head H.P. tuners personal car. Stock this car put down 391 h.p.
with a tune and cold air intake the car put down 416 h.p. and with a set of Borla look alike headers stock
mufflers and re- tune it put down 430 h.p. and 422 t.q! on left
2010 Camaro SS AUTO: A K&N cold air intake and GM performance cat back exhaust is all it took to
tune this sled into the 364 h.p. and 365 t.q. range! Middle car
1987 Buick: All We can say is this
is one BAD ASS Buick! The timing belt decided to explode during the tuning
session
so were going to have to wait to see the final numbers.
1970 396 Chevelle SS: This car is a one owner car and it showed! Very clean car.
2006 GTO: WOW! We do not know anything about this n/a LS 2 except for what we could see
from the outside of the motor and from what we could tell was nothing more than a set of rusty long tube
headers, a Vararam intake, Fast 102 intake manifold and 3" header pipes to STOCK exhaust and an
unknown cam. The sleeper belted out 450 h.p. and 410 t.q. for a baseline and we tuned it to 489 h.p.
and 429 t.q. to the wheel!!!!
1981 Trans Am: Here is a pic of the engine before we swap the 6.0 LS engine and 4L60 trans. Stay tuned for updates.
We had 3 of the same Camaro's at the shop today. The first one is Tom the tuners, the second one we
are installing a complete slp long tube header kit with high flow cats and x pipe as well as a set of 4.10
gears and a custom tune. The third has a GM performance cat back along with a K&N cold air intake
that we will also be tuning.
Up coming Projects: 1970 396 Chevelle SS tune
1995 suburban 406 EFI tune
G- body with a 383 and Fast Efi tune
More upgrades to the 05 twin turbo vette
06 GTO head/cam and NOS tune
69 Camaro 555 BBC with Fast XFI tune
2010 Camaro SS Cold air intake and cat back exh./ Tune
2010 Camaro SS Slp long tube headers,x pipe, loud mouth cat back exh.Install and
Tune
2010 Camaro SS 4.10 gear swap
LS 427 install in ????
oh yeh we better not forget the install and tune of the TVS MAGNA CHARGER
on the D&Z Z/28
2006 Mustang: We dressed this mustang with some new apparel. We bolted on
a set of Dynatech stainless
long tube headers and off road x pipe, Granatelli cold air intake and dialed her in with a Diablo sport Predator.
Before the mods the car had 286 h.p. and 304 t.q. and after the mods and tune it put down 326 h.p. and
322 t.q. through stock mufflers!!
1967 Mustang: This little 347 powered pony put down
305 h.p. and 286 t.q. with just a few minor tweaks.
Parking for the first time on the new concrete and also next to a big block chevelle must have scared
Brian's silver bullet camaro cause it broke that very same day. :) More work before it makes it to the
track!! He's just gonna have to make it faster I guess?
The new concrete and the extra parking area. Thanks for putting up with the
construction at West Bend
Dyno for the last few months. We are almost done for the summer!
1969 CHEVELLE: Just a few tweaks and this rat motor was ready to pounce on anything in it's
path with 443 h.p. and 428 t.q. to the tire to back it up!
1995 1500 GMC: We burned a chip for this truck full of gremlins. After a few hours of trouble
shooting we were finally able to tune this home built tbi 350 with vortec heads, shorty headers,
a mild cam and a few other bolt ons. this truck came to West Bend Dyno with 80 h.p. and left with 200 h.p.!!
Pictured is a LS 427 that has patiently waiting to tear up the asphalt!
Were not telling what we are putting it in that would ruin the fun!
And the last pic is proof that stock LS7 rockers do not like high lift cams!
1988 FIREBIRD: This customer made some changes to this bird since we seen it last and brought
it to us to fabricate a custom 3" y pipe along with a re tune. The owner also replaced the Edelbrock
600cfm with a 650 Holley double pumper and had his heads ported by C&S Performance in Butler.
All the modifications paid off And the car Left with an Extra 20 h.p. and 7 ft lbs of t.q. to the tire!
1992 FIREBIRD: This firebird had a 350 tune port with a mild cam and shorty headers.
It drove in with 223 h.p. and 337 t.q. and left with 240 h.p. and 351 t.q.
MAGNA CHARGED T/A: Don't under estimate this stock looking Trans Am it was tuned to 555h.p.
and 483 t.q. on pump gas of course!
2006 VETTE: We had a little fun with this one. We gave the stock LS2 with a Corsa cat back exhaust a custom
tune and the horsepower jumped 15 and the torque jumped 20 ft lbs. We then bolted on a West Bend Dyno
ported LS2 intake and it jumped another 16 h.p. and 13 ft lbs of torque for a total of 396 h.p. and 386 t.q.
not bad for an intake, cat back and a custom tune through a automatic trans!
2003 Vette: The Vette on the top rack came to us with some long tube headers and a corsa cat back exhaust.
We gave the black stallion a cam transplant and a good tune to throw down an extra 50 h.p and 45 t.q. for a
total of 386 h.p. and 389 t.q.
1969 Firebird: This car has to be a fun ride. 461 cubes, a set of Kaufmann heads, high compression and a roller cam put down
well over 500 to the tire with a bent axle!!!
1994 MUSTANG GT: This little blue pony had a stock 5.0 with some unknown aftermarket heads and some basic bolt ons.
When it first put it's hooves on the rollers it put down 191 h.p. and 225.2 t.q. After we tuned the hay burner she belted out 220 h.p.
and 250 t.q. Not Bad!
Please excuse the construction here at West Bend Dyno while we pour the concrete Parking Lot. We plan on having the
mess all cleaned up by the 1st of May So you can come and go from West Bend Dyno without the dust!
We added 2 more bays to support all your performance needs!
West Bend Dyno Tuning is proud to announce we will be hosting a lunch stop for the Optima Face Off, which is
held at Road America on May 1st and 2nd. The first day of the race the cars will have to stop at multiple check
points to Milwaukee and back to Elkhart Lake to prove the cars are actually road worthy and on that journey
they will be stopping at West Bend Dyno Tuning where both D&Z Customs and West Bend Dyno will be supplying
lunch for 100 drivers from all over the U.S. It will be a big day for us since Club Cow will also be renting the
Dyno for their annual Club Cow Days.
This is a 04 Denali that we put a Corsa Exhaust it fit like a glove. We were very happy with the look and the fit.
We were unable to get a h.p. since it was all wheel drive.
We are adding 5 more lbs of boost, dual valve springs,60 lb injectors, Racetronix fuel pump, Snow Performance water meth
injection and a speed density tune to this tire shredding sleeper.
Here are some pics of The 69 Camaro project. We are updating the look of this car by dropping the stance quite a bit and using the
mini tubs in the car that haven't seen the tires in them since it was restored 23 years ago. The existing coil over shocks are being
replaced with QA1 adjustable coil over shocks in the rear and QA 1 coil over conversion kit in the front along with Heidt's drop
spindles. The wheels are being replaced with Billet Specialties Street Light Rims wrapped with Mickey Thompson Sportsman
S/R tires. The 427 power plant is Being replaced with a FAST Electronics fuel injected 555 Big Block Chevy backed up by a
Tremec TKO 600 to replace the M-21 4 speed. The new power plant is going to be cooled down with a BE- COOL Radiator
with dual fan kit. The interior is going to be updated with a Covans Classic Dash with Autometer phantom gauges and a Grant
Steering Wheel. The exterior is going to have front and rear spoilers added and possibly some racing stripes.
Here are some pics of the 1976 F150 that we are doing a complete frame off restoration.
Here are some pics of Brian's 1957 Chevy pick up in the Good Guys Gazette Magazine. His truck was 1 of 50 picked out of 5,000
vehicles at Good Guys show in Joliet Illinois this last September to be featured in the magazine
We cleaned up a tune on a 1995 GMC 1500 4x4 and as a result we saw an extra 10 h.p. and 20 ft lbs.
We had our work cut out for us on this very unique Whipple charged 1996 Yukon.
Final result was 331 h.p. and 393 ft lbs of torque to the rear tires.
This Late model GTO with Trick Flow Heads, headers and cam tossed down 371 h.p.
and 339 ft lbs when it arrived and left with 411 h.p.
and 361 ft lbs of torque through an automatic trans with a 4,000 stall converter.
We fixed a few gremlins in this camper specials tune and gained 13 h.p. and 20 ft lbs of torque.
